Bangkok never sleeps, or so you might think as you fly into Suvarnabhumi International Airport. From luxurious mega malls like MBK and Siam Discovery in Siam Square to the famous Khao San Road in the Banglamphu district, this hard working city is packed with commerce, fiery food and soothing temples.
Catch a boat up river on the Chao Phraya Express or discover different neighbourhoods on the blissfully air-conditioned BTS Skytrain. A taxi or exhilarating tuk-tuk ride is never far away from the big attractions, which include Chinatown, Jim Thompson House and the floating markets at Damnoen Saduak.
To step out of the frenetic energy of street food stalls, amulet markets and the sizzling temperatures, discover an oasis of calm in one of the many Buddhist temples. Be awed by the majesty of the Grand Palace and marvel at the world’s longest reclining Buddha at Wat Pho. While you’re there why not relax even more with a traditional Thai massage?
From the sky-scraping luxury hotels with world famous rooftop bars to a cheap hostel bed in the centre of town, Booking.com will help you explore all Bangkok has to offer.
Do I recommend visiting Bangkok? Absolutely!
Many places to visit and thing to do. There is something for every taste and interest.
The only cons: Heavy traffic at almost every hour during daytime. And the humid heat (Best if visit during winter)

Ton of stuff to and shopping from very low to very high end...
Ton of stuff to and shopping from very low to very high end international brands. Sky train was good and cheap- never used subway tho. Really realty hot in April 39C but room was cold and just stop in at every 711 (AC) and look around they are everywhere. Great street food and adult entertainment if desired. Really bad traffic and I come from a city just ranked the worst in the world! Insane amount of gas powered scooters and motorcycles that completely ignore traffic signs/light signals and cause a lot of pollution compared to electric in other Asian countries nearby. Will return tho and do Pattaya again as well and maybe Phuket this time

The areas I visited in bangkok were amazing, Soi Cowboy, Sukumvit, and khoa San being a few highlights for street food and experience especially.
We went on a bit of a find your feet experience, visiting Bangkok and Phuket.
I love Bangkok but planning activities in advance is essential so you don't find yourself bored or with excessive alcohol poisoning haha.
I highly suggest Kaneki, an amazing Japanese restaurant with the best Teriyaki Beef Udon and Gyoza I've ever tasted.
All in all Bangkok is friendly, vibrant and full of amazing people.

Bangkok is apparently the most visited city in the world. Even having loved in London and New York, I found the noise and traffic overwhelming. And it is a large, sprawled out city as well. Fortunately public transportation is excellent.
You must visit Chatachuk Market!
One of the world's "must see" cities.

Wow! There are no words!
The hotel is super luxury, from the entrance and into the small details in the halls, elevators and the room itself.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited in my life!
The staff are super kind, welcoming and warm.
I was upgraded for free to deluxe and it just shows how warm hearted they all are.
Met the hotel manager by mistake, was so nice and kind!
The room is super comfortable and clean. Would definitely come back again to Bangkok just to stay again here.

Absolutely kill for the price!
Best part is its location right outside Ramkhamhaeng Station on the Airport Rail Link (to Suvarnabhumi Airport), which makes it convenient for travellers who have to catch a flight. However, the place looks a little outdated (compared to other hotels in Bangkok in the same price range) and hasn't received a new coat of paint in a long time. It has an excellent buffet breakfast and the waiting area is spacious with provision for left luggage. My room had a bathtub which I really liked.
The lady at the reception was very friendly. I had stored my luggage beyond their work hours on the day of check out and she patiently waited for me after her work hours.
The rooms were clean and quiet with no weird smell. I booked the hotel for a short stay to transport, so the location was perfect for me as the MRT metro station was near by. The only downside is that it is a little farther away from the main attractions in Bangkok but the booking price more than makes up for that.
Such an amazing find! I understand why this place gets booked out so quickly. Beautiful staff that could not possibly be more helpful, even booked my coach/ferry to Koh Samui and booked an appointment at immigration office for me.
Location is perfect, AMAZING Thai restaurant only a few minutes walk away (Kao Tom Thewet) and although the hotel is close/easy access to everything it is also incredibly quiet and peaceful.
I would never chose to stay anywhere else in Bangkok now.
We had just one night in Bangkok, as the song goes, so we wanted to stay near the airport. We are used to airport hotels being fairly run down and basic; just a place to spend the night. However, this hotel was much nicer than we expected. The staff were very helpful, the room was very comfortable and quiet with a good shower and even a kitchenette. The restaurant served a good menu. Best of all, the neighborhood is walkable, and we spent our half day exploring nearby.
The staff members were very friendly and helpful. When our entire family joined us, we needed to switch rooms. They were extremely helpful working out price and helping us move. Good breakfast and service. Great location, easy access to BTS and very close to several malls. We liked that there was cold drinking water in the lobby, just what we needed after hot day In Bangkok. The hotel has many such simple touches that made our stay very comfortable.
Phenominal ambiance and entertainment with beautifully decorated rooms to match. Staff super helpful and efficient and made everything a pleause . Design and decor fantastic . Khun Yosh and his counterpart at the front dest were so kind . We will most definately visit again and am rather sad that we never swapped the high priced hotels on Sukumwit for Shanghai Mansion years ago . This is our new go to place in Bangkok !
The staff were all very friendly and made me feel like I was in a 5 Star Hotel. For what you get and the cost of the rooms with a king size bed cannot be beat! If I need a hotel again in Bang Kapi Bangkok, that’s were I will be staying from now on! I was in a car and once at the hotel there was nice covered safe parking for it which most hotels at that price do not! Best Value for Price I’ve seen in a LONG time!
I like the location of 4m pratu nam hotel. Near to 7E, BTS Phaya Thai station, pratunam market, a lot of massage service shop and some mall. Just walking distance. Also, u can buy some souvenir at hotel. The staffs so helpful. They help me to booking taxi to transfer from hotel to airport. And allowed me to check in early. Will repeat stay here if i go to Bangkok again. Very recommended
The staff were accommodating.
The hotel is near the Platinum mall, Central world and Pratunam market. Walkable, less than 10 minutes walk to those places.
The nearest train station from the hotel is the ratchaprarop station ( via airport railway link). Less than 10 minute walk.
Ratchachewi station ( via Bangkok BTS) is a 1km walk from the hotel. Approximately 15minutes walk.
Nicely finished, great pool with views, restaurant on site was very nice Mediterranean food albeit a little more pricey than you would typically pay in Bangkok. Easy to get a cab to the airport from here. Staff were very eager to help.
There is a canteen type food court in the retail area with well priced food beneath the hotel - worth popping to.
Best breakfast (Thai dishes !!) we had in Thailand, prepared by Kanta‘s mum.
Rooms are large, clean and super quiet. Very comfy beds and bedsheets. Wonderful hosts. Only 10 mins walk to EM Quartier and BTS, close to good restaurants. We’ve stayed in many hotels in Bangkok, and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at in the city.
The Location is a perfect at downtown the district of Bangkok (offices/ hotels / a big shopping center); perfect breakfast. Very friendly staff. We love free to ride the Tuk Tuk electric courtesy drop off to corner of the street. :) a good atmosphere at nighttime life. The top roof's 24th Bar was excellent.
This is a clean, safe, elegant and affordable hotel. People who want the best nights near Huai Kwang must come to this hotel. The staff is super nice. The theme of the hotel is really fashionable to see. This is one of the best hotels in Bangkok with the reasonable price I've ever seen.
This hotel is the best we have been in Bangkok for the price. I've been in 4 hotels there, all of them more expensive. It is in the center and the room was excellent. Big with good views and even kitchen. The quality is stunning for the price. Breakfast was optional.
Location. It in Pratunam area which is the heart of Bangkok. It all within walking distance to Central World, Platinum mall and also the train station to the Airport. The is a 7-11 just next to the Hotel. And also many eatery nearby.
Very nice hotel and good location, rooms are simple but great value for the price. Staff was very friendly if I go to Bangkok again I’ll stay here again
